Customer Experience Forum is an Internal Telkom Group event by inviting Senior Management Leaders within the Telkom group. This internal quarterly event is held as part of the Customer Experience Transformation program that has been launched by Telkom since 2017. It aims to increase understanding of the CX importance, sharing the CX program, and implementing CX.
In this event, the management also identifies deficiencies in both products and business processes so that it can be analyzed and they can made continuous improvements, which hopefully will increase the value of Telkom Group products for existing and prospective customers.
