Telkom started in early 2018 to appoint a dedicated unit focused on customer experience (CX) transformation. Identifying a gap in the organization, a small task force was created with the mandate of driving CX transformation. This transformation make Telkom Group organization lean and agile in adapting to changes in the telecommunications industry which are taking place rapidly. The new organization is also expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in creating a quality customer experience.
This culminated in one of the Telkom Indonesia Mission: “Orchestrate Digital Ecosystem to Deliver Superior Customer Experience”, with the mandate of “Transforming CX towards digital first Customer Journey and redesigning the way of working through enabling systems (IT tools), process (business) and people (mind-set & culture)”. Our CX Transformation mission is to “Create a ‘WOW’ CX for a wonderful digital life, delivered through a digitized enterprise”. This mission covers both customers and internals that we needed to transform in order to deliver the best CX.
