To deliver world-class service and customer excellence

Telkom started in early 2018 to appoint a dedicated unit focused on customer experience (CX) transformation. Identifying a gap in the organization, a small task force was created with the mandate of driving CX transformation. This transformation make Telkom Group organization lean and agile in adapting to changes in the telecommunications industry which are taking place rapidly. The new organization is also expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in creating a quality customer experience.

This culminated in one of the Telkom Indonesia Mission: “Orchestrate Digital Ecosystem to Deliver Superior Customer Experience”, with the mandate of “Transforming CX towards digital first Customer Journey and redesigning the way of working through enabling systems (IT tools), process (business) and people (mind-set & culture)”. Our CX Transformation mission is to “Create a ‘WOW’ CX for a wonderful digital life, delivered through a digitized enterprise”. This mission covers both customers and internals that we needed to transform in order to deliver the best CX.

What We Do

CX Forum

CX Forum is an Internal Telkom Group event by inviting Senior Management Leaders within the Telkom group. This internal quarterly event is held as part of the Customer Experience Transformation program that has been launched by Telkom since 2017. It aims to increase understanding of the CX importance, sharing the CX program, and implementing CX.

CX Summit

CX Summit is an annual event as part of the CX Transformation program which invites internal guests of Telkom Group management, external invitations, and corporate customers. This event was filled by the Telkom Group Board of Executives and external speakers from various companies with diverse backgrounds. It designed to give insights and understanding on how to better reach the future of transformational CX.

CX Certification

CX Certification builds the CX proficiency to drive business growth and gives teams the confidence to execute their CX vision, with professional recognition for their unique expertise.

CX Townhall

CX Townhall is Monthly Event Held by CX to gather all CX team in one Online Session to share ideas and show their hardwork.
