CX Summit is an annual event as part of the CX Transformation program which invites internal guests of Telkom Group management, external invitations, and corporate customers. This event was filled by the Telkom Group Board of Executives and external speakers from various companies with diverse backgrounds. It designed to give insights and understanding on how to better reach the future of transformational CX.
It will provide guidance for attendees to shape their organization’s CX strategies in order to be able to drive the best customer experience like never before through embrace disruption and changes in the customer environment.
